Stress and Anxiety are now recognised as huge problems in society. Sadly it is one of those things that tends to reinforce itself… you end up feeling stressed about being stressed and anxious about your anxiety.

Maybe your stress comes from something specific and obvious or from a combination of events and circumstances.

Maybe you feel stressed and anxious regardless of what is going on in your life… it can become the norm that anything and everything stresses you if it interrupts your usual routine or feels overwhelming.

These techniques can help to release you from your stress and anxiety or help to bring a huge reduction in your symptoms.
